Algorithmic Stablecoins are tokens pegged to a fiat currency, usually the US dollar, the aim of which is to respond to market conditions by retaining  price stability and balancing the circulating supply. To achieve this, algorithmic stablecoins use predetermined stabilization measures, such as algorithms, software, rules, etc. that is embedded into their smart contracts.
