Creating a Folks Finance Account

1. Go to the Folks Finance website.
2. Connect your EVM wallet.
3. Click on the User section on the top right of the app.
4. Click on Create Account.
5. Select your preferred chain.
6. Click on Create Account and sign with your wallet.

Earn Points

Ways to earn points:

• Depositing and Collateralizing: Earn points when depositing assets into the protocol or using them as collateral. The more you deposit and the longer it remains, the more points you earn.
• Borrowing: Points are awarded for borrowing assets. The longer the borrowed position is maintained, the more points earned.
• Repaying: Earn points by repaying borrowed funds.
• On-Chain and Social Tasks: Additional points can be earned by completing tasks on-chain or via social platforms like Galxe and other integrations.
• Referral: Invite others to join the platform to earn points, with rewards for both the referrer and the referred user.

Algorand Users Additional Earning Methods

• Liquid Staking: Earn points by staking ALGO. The more ALGO deposited and the longer it remains staked, the more points you earn.
• Swaps: Collect points by performing swaps through the Folks Router aggregator.
• Flash Loans: Earn points by performing flash loans.

Linking Algorand Address to xChain Account:

1. Open your account on xChain.
2. Copy your account ID.
3. Open the Folks Finance Algorand app.
4. Connect your Algorand wallet.
5. From the header, click on Points.
6. Paste your Account ID and click on Complete Linking.

Note: xChain and Algorand points are collected separately and merged into a single leaderboard.
