These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DropsTab website accessible at https://dropstab.com and any related mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Site").

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, REGISTERING, OR USING ANY PART OF THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY (available at https://dropstab.com/privacy-policy), AND OUR DISCLAIMER STATEMENT (available at https://dropstab.com/disclaimer). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Site. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

2. Non-Commercial Use

The Site is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Site for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Privacy, Cookie Policy, and Email Communications

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy (including our Cookie Policy) and our Disclaimer Statement. By providing your email address during registration or through Site interactions, you consent to receive:

• Service Emails — transactional or security messages (e.g., account creation, password reset, security alerts). You cannot opt out of these;
• Marketing Emails — newsletters, promotions, and other marketing content, sent only with your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or through your account settings.

4. Registration and Account Deletion

To access certain features (e.g., Watchlist, Portfolio), you must register for an account. You will be required to provide a username, password, and a valid email address (collectively, “Login Details”). You are responsible for keeping your Login Details confidential and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by accessing your account settings or by contacting support@dropstab.com.

5. Portfolio Features; No Deposits; Anti-Scam Notice

The Site’s Watchlist and Portfolio features are provided for informational, analytical, and demonstration purposes only. Portfolios on DropsTab do not represent bank accounts, brokerage accounts, exchange accounts, or custodial wallets, and are not capable of holding, receiving, or storing fiat currency or cryptocurrency through the Site. The Site does not support deposits, withdrawals, or transfers.

DropsTab does not request or collect “activation fees” to enable a portfolio, unlock an account, or release funds. Any person who claims otherwise, or asks you to send funds in connection with a DropsTab portfolio, is not acting on behalf of DropsTab and may be attempting fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used for deception, impersonation, or other prohibited conduct, and to cooperate with lawful investigations.

6. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except for this limited license, you have no rights in or to the Site or its content.

7. Third-Party Data Usage

The Site may display data or content provided by third-party providers. By using such features, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of these third parties. DropsTab makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party data.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Deploying scraping, crawlers, bots, or other automated means to access the Site
• Circumventing Site security measures
• Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Using the Site for spam, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited messages
• Interfering with the Site’s functionality or servers
• Violating intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempting unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating affiliation (including impersonating DropsTab or claiming to act on DropsTab’s behalf)
• Using the Site to deceive, defraud, or mislead others (including presenting DropsTab Portfolios as custodial or investment accounts, or soliciting “activation fees” or payments connected to a DropsTab account or Portfolio)
• Using the Site while subject to sanctions or export restrictions

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and functionality on the Site are the intellectual property of DropsTab or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without our explicit prior written consent.

Cryptocurrency and token logos and names are property of their respective owners. DropsTab is not affiliated with or endorsed by any such third parties.

10. Linking Policy

You may link to the DropsTab homepage provided it is fair, legal, and does not imply endorsement. You may not frame, embed, or use our trademarks without permission. We reserve the right to revoke linking permission at any time.

11. User Content

If you submit content (e.g., comments), you grant DropsTab a perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and display such content publicly. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

12. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send to us regarding the Site will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use such feedback for any purpose without attribution or compensation to you.

13. Disclosure and Neutrality

Information on the Site is for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or promote any specific token, coin, or project. All data and rankings are compiled using publicly available sources with the aim of neutrality and transparency.

14. Monitoring & Moderation

We are not obligated to monitor user-submitted content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law at our sole discretion.

15. Third-Party Sites and Advertisers

We may include links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for any transactions or dealings between you and any third party or advertiser.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DROPSTAB OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPSTAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM (A) YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION, METRICS, RANKINGS, PRICES, CHARTS, OR OTHER CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE SITE; (B) ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, OR DELAYS IN CONTENT (INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY DATA); (C) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR MAINTENANCE; OR (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

PORTFOLIO AND WATCHLIST FEATURES ARE PROVIDED FOR TRACKING, INFORMATIONAL, AND DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE CUSTODIAL ACCOUNTS. DROPSTAB DOES NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS, HOLD FUNDS, PROCESS WITHDRAWALS, OR REQUIRE ANY “ACTIVATION FEE” TO USE OR “UNLOCK” A PORTFOLIO.

DROPSTAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY FRAUD, IMPERSONATION, OR SCAMS IN WHICH SOMEONE MISREPRESENTS DROPSTAB, THE SITE, OR ANY PORTFOLIO AS AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT OR CLAIMS YOU MUST PAY FEES TO ACCESS OR RELEASE FUNDS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE AUTHENTICITY OF COMMUNICATIONS PURPORTING TO BE FROM DROPSTAB AND FOR NOT SENDING FUNDS TO THIRD PARTIES BASED ON SUCH CLAIMS.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS OR EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DropsTab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site.

19. Electronic Delivery

You consent to receive notices and other communications electronically, including to the email address you provide.

20. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site and, where material changes are made, we will also provide notice by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. Please review periodically.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any disputes.

22. Severability and Integration

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Assignment

DropsTab may assign these Terms or its rights under them. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

24. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason in our discretion.

25. Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, send a notice to support@dropstab.com including:

• Signature of rights holder or authorized agent;
• Description of the copyrighted work;
• URL or location of the infringing material;
• Your contact details;
• Statement of good faith belief and accuracy of the claim.
