Allocation Method

If demand at the clearing price exceeds 300,000,000 tokens, allocations are prioritized using:

• Verified Testnet participation
• Verified community engagement (Discord, Twitter)
• Verified open-source ML contributions (via Hugging Face)
• Optional 12-month lockup selection
• Earlier bid timestamps

These criteria help distinguish between comparable bids but do not guarantee allocation.

Testnet Sale Multiplier

Verified Testnet users receive a bonus token multiplier based on Testnet activity plus bid size.

The multiplier increases token quantity but does not change the price you pay. Eligibility requires Testnet usage before December 5, 2025 and connecting your Testnet wallets during registration.

How to Participate

1. Go to the Sale page
2. Connect the EVM wallet you’ll use for the $AI sale
3. Verify your identity via Sonar
4. Connect your Gensyn Testnet wallet(s) to confirm reward eligibility

When the Sale Starts

1. Choose your maximum price per token (between $0.0001 and $0.1) and the amount you wish to bid.
2. Submit your bid to lock your funds.
3. (Optional) Increase your max price or bid amount during the sale.
   • You cannot reduce or withdraw bids until allocations are finalized.

After the Sale Ends

• Tokens are allocated from highest bid price downward until 300,000,000 tokens are assigned.
• The lowest price that allocates all tokens becomes the clearing price.
• All bidders at or above the clearing price are eligible for allocation.
• All winning bidders pay the same clearing price.
