Argus (ARGUS) is the ecosystem token of Argus, a token launchpad and token-discovery platform built on Arc — Circle's Layer-1 blockchain that uses USDC as its gas asset. The platform launched on 2 September 2026 and lets creators issue tokens priced directly in USDC, without a bonding curve or a required wallet. DropsTab classifies ARGUS as a launchpad token under Launchpad and Memepad. ARGUS is a third-party ecosystem token — it is not Circle's own network token.

Is Argus related to the Arc network?

Argus is built on Arc but is not Circle's token. Arc is Circle's purpose-built Layer-1 blockchain, positioned as an "economic operating system"; its mainnet went live on 16 September 2026. Each new token goes straight into a real AMM liquidity pool — a USDC.arc pair in a Uniswap V3/V4-style pool — instead of "graduating" to a dedicated pool after reaching a market-cap threshold. Creators issue and trade tokens directly in USDC, and the discovery interface works without a wallet connection.

What is the total and max supply of ARGUS?

ARGUS has a fixed maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. Per DropsTab data, total supply stood at approximately 941.7 million ARGUS as of September 2026. That leaves roughly 58 million tokens between total and maximum supply. The project has published no allocation breakdown, so the purpose of this gap — potential team, treasury or future issuance — is not publicly explained.

Does ARGUS have a vesting schedule?
