FUSD is a novel stablecoin issued by The Fedz, a DeFi protocol operating on Ethereum Layer‑2 (Arbitrum). Unlike most over-collateralized stablecoins like DAI, FUSD is under‑collateralized, relying on a fractional-reserve model to maintain its dollar peg, while minimizing capital requirements
