Pixie Chess is a new version of chess. Every day, new chess pieces with magical abilities and moves are released. Players collect these pieces, build strategies, and can use them in online tournaments. Money spent on pieces funds the prize pool for these tournaments. Players can either burn their pieces to activate them in tournaments or keep them indefinitely to climb the ladder. The metagame shifts as pieces are burned and new ones are introduced.
