How the Token Sale Works

• To participate, users must complete KYC and use a non-custodial wallet.
• Once the Rainbow Token Sale period opens, participants submit a purchase request (minimum $100).
• After the sale ends on December 18 at 17:00 UTC, allocations are determined using the Filling from the Bottom method.
• Final allocations will be shared within 5 business days after closing.
• Users who do not receive an allocation will be refunded within the same 5-business-day window.

When to Fund Your Purchase

• Users must fund their request with at least $100 in USDC or USDT within the sale window:
  December 11 at 17:00 UTC → December 18 at 17:00 UTC.
• There is no separate pre-funding deadline; funding simply must occur before the sale ends.

How to Fund Your Purchase

• Purchase funding must be sent from an external, non-custodial wallet using USDC or USDT (ERC-20).
• USDC/USDT are counted 1:1 with USD for sale purposes.
• Wallets must also have enough ETH to cover gas fees - transactions will fail without it.
• The wallet connected during the sale process will always receive the token distribution, even if another wallet is used to send funds.
