Silo Finance is a developer of open-source software that aims to assist participants in easily participating in decentralized finance (DeFi) services or blockchain networks. They do not unilaterally offer, operate, or administer the Protocol or a blockchain network. Silo Finance does not have oversight or control over any specific crypto-assets, blockchain networks, or the Protocol.

Silo Finance is unique compared to other cryptocurrencies because it focuses on creating isolated money markets called Silos. These Silos support only two assets, the bridge asset (such as ETH) and a unique token. This approach improves on existing lending markets by providing secure and efficient money markets for a wide range of crypto assets. Silo aims to become an important primitive in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. Additionally, Silo is launching a stablecoin called SiloDollar (USDs) as a bridge asset in every Silo, and they have introduced a veSilo incentive program to incentivize liquidity for SiloDollars. The goal is to make SiloDollar the most borrowed coin in the crypto market.
