Test Token (TST) is a demo token created by the BNB Chain team as part of a tutorial on launching memecoins via the Four.Meme platform. Initially, TST had no real value and was meant solely for educational purposes.

However, traders unexpectedly started speculating on TST, pushing its market cap to $35 million before it dropped to $15 million. This sparked discussions in the crypto community, as users treated the token as an investment despite its test nature.

Binance co-founder Changpeng "CZ" Zhao clarified that TST is not an official BNB Chain token and was created only for educational purposes. This case highlights how quickly speculation can inflate the value of even the most trivial assets in the crypto space.
