What is Zaria, the fintech infrastructure company?
Zaria is a fintech infrastructure company that builds fiduciary infrastructure for structured finance and mark-to-market credit. Zaria Systems, Inc. delivers loan-level data, real-time collateral monitoring, automated margin calls, and loan, backup-servicing, collateral-agency and node services. Partners including Ledn, Maple, Galaxy, Kraken and Figure use the platform across warehouse facilities, forward-flow loan sale programs and securitizations. Zaria has no token, and DropsTab classifies the company under Infrastructure.
Does Zaria have a token?
No. Zaria has no token, no ticker, no smart contract and no blockchain. The company operates as a private fintech infrastructure business, and any "Zaria price" page on third-party trackers is a stub with no live market behind it. A token could only exist if Zaria announces one.
Is Zaria a crypto?
Zaria is a crypto-adjacent fintech company, not a cryptocurrency. Zaria Systems builds infrastructure for digital asset-backed lenders, underwriters, bondholders, banks and asset managers. Customers include crypto-native lenders such as Ledn and Kraken, but the company itself sells no coin, token or stake. Buying "Zaria" as an asset is currently impossible.
Who invested in Zaria?
Per DropsTab fundraising data, Zaria raised $5.2M in a Seed Round announced October 14, 2026. Lightspeed Venture Partners led the round, and DropsTab rates Lightspeed as a Tier 1 investor. The press release names Lightspeed as the only disclosed investor; the round's valuation was not disclosed.
What does Zaria's seed round signal about project maturity?
The Lightspeed-led seed is Zaria's only disclosed funding, so capitalization remains an open question. Management experience is deep for a seed-stage company: backgrounds include BNY Mellon, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Moody's, SoFi, Affirm, NYDIG, Block and the OCC. Co-founder and CEO Emily Barron leads the company. Funds are earmarked for growth, scaling existing services, hiring and technology.
Did Zaria apply for a national trust bank charter?
Yes. In August 2026, Zaria applied to the OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) for a national trust bank charter under the name Zaria National Trust Bank (ZNTB). A national trust bank is a special-purpose national bank limited to trust operations. The application is pending, not approved, and the regulatory outcome remains open.
Does Zaria have an airdrop or TGE date?
No. Zaria has not announced an airdrop, retrodrop, points program or TGE (token generation event), and no vesting schedule exists because no token allocation has been disclosed. Any "Zaria airdrop" or "Zaria TGE" claim circulating before an official company announcement is speculation.
Is Zaria related to ZORA or the tickers ZARO, ZERA and ZARU?
No. The name Zaria collides with the Nigerian city of Zaria, the ZORA token of the Zora protocol, and small-cap tickers ZARO, ZERA and ZARU. None of these are connected to Zaria Systems, Inc. Search results for "Zaria crypto" that surface ZORA price data describe a different project entirely.
Can you buy Zaria on an exchange?
No. Zaria is not yet trading: no spot, derivatives or DEX markets exist for the name, because no token has been created. DropsTab tracks Zaria as a company page, not a tradeable asset. Tradeable markets could appear only if Zaria completes a token generation event.
