• Number of Recipients: Approximately the top 7,000 users
• Data Snapshot: October 8, 2025 (timing varies by data source)

1. Data Collection

Data has been gathered from multiple sources across the following categories:

• Philand Activities: Quest completions, Philand rank, Premium objects
• NFT Holdings: WAWA holders, Rare item ownership
• Phi.box Platform Activities: Phi.box claims, Achievements
• Creator Activities: Artist scores
• External Evaluations: Gitcoin Passport, Talent Protocol
• Economic Activities: Trading volume, Board token holdings
• Web3 Identity: ENS, Basename

2. Exclusion Process

• Fraudulent accounts and system addresses have been pre-excluded from eligibility.

3. Penalty Application

To maintain fairness and highlight authentic identity-based participation, penalties apply to:

• Users without Web3 Identity (i.e., no ENS or Basename).
