The floor price of NFT collections rose by more than 10% on the news, then rolled back.
Moonbirds is a popular NFT collection of 10,000 pixelated owl avatars on Ethereum. It was launched by internet entrepreneur Kevin Rose on April 16, 2022, through his PROOF Collective.
Holders can stake their owls and eventually receive rarer nest statuses – Rare, Epic, or Legendary. As the status increases, new opportunities open up: private access to Discord, special events, image usage rights, custom backgrounds, and partner mints of soulbound tokens.
