Pharos Lighthouse Keepers — core community members who actively represent the project and help grow it's global presence.

What you’ll do

• Represent Pharos on social (Twitter bio, posters, content)
• Host or join Twitter Spaces and Discord activities
• Educate your network about Pharos’s mission, tech, and ecosystem
• Refer early projects to the testnet program
• Get involved in discussions, memes, and storytelling

• Active social profile (Twitter Scout ranking: A/B/C)
• Aligned values with the Pharos mission
• Willingness to actively participate

Point Values per Activity:

• Host a Twitter Space (Pharos/RWA topic): 10 pts
• Speak in Monthly Twitter Space / Discord AMAs: 2 pts
• Quote RT Promotional Tweet: 1 pt
• Join Discord Events: 2 pts
• Refer project that gets funded: 20 pts
• Refer project (not funded): 5 pts
• Post Threads after Major News: 5 pts
• Invite 1,000 testcoin claims: 1 pt

Additional Opportunities (Points TBD):

• Publish content (blog, video, meme)
• Host local meetups or online campaigns
• Contribute to docs or community guides

Ranks are reviewed monthly and can change based on performance.

• S Rank: Top performers based on points
• A Rank: 500+ social score with consistent activity
• B Rank: 200–500 social score with medium engagement
• C Rank: Below 200 score or low activity
