Join Pixie Chess

1. Go to the Pixie Chess website
2. Click the Join button
3. Agree to the terms and conditions
4. Connect your wallet

Acquire Pieces

Auctions

• At any given time, four pieces are available on auction
• Each day:
  • One new piece is added
  • The oldest piece is removed
• A teaser hint shows the base type (Rook, Bishop, etc.), but not the exact piece
• No fixed schedule — check daily for new rotations

How to Bid:

1. Go to the Marketplace page
2. Connect your wallet and ensure you have ETH on Base
3. Select the piece and click Buy
4. If price exceeds your slippage, the transaction will revert

Packs

• Packs contain one random piece from the full pool (not just auction pieces)
• Useful if a desired piece is no longer in the auction rotation
• You can purchase unlimited packs
• Each pack is randomized independently
• Pricing follows a VRGDA curve (price adjusts based on demand)

Play Game

• Queue for Quickplay (rated)
• Play private matches
• Join tournaments

Pixie Chess follows standard chess rules:

• Castling
• En passant
• Pawn promotion

Some mechanics may change if a piece ability overrides them.
Win condition: Checkmate your opponent’s King
