• 5% of the total INX supply will be available
• $300M fully diluted valuation (FDV)
• $15M raise
• 1-year lock on all purchased tokens

Early Unlock Option

You can unlock your tokens before the 1-year lock ends through an accelerated vesting mechanism.

How it works:

• At TGE, the unlock fee is priced at $1B FDV
• This unlock fee decays linearly back to the original $300M sale price over the 1-year lock
• If INX trades above the accelerated vesting price, some buyers may choose to unlock early
• This smooths vesting across time and gives optionality to avoid waiting the full year

How to Join the Sale

You must register before participating:

1. Complete identity verification through Sonar/Echo
2. Connect your Infinex account to your verified Sonar account
3. Register for the sale once registration opens

Once the sale begins:

• Minimum order: $200
• Maximum order: $5,000
• If oversubscribed, orders are selected randomly
• Each order has an equal chance of being fully allocated
• Unfilled orders are automatically refunded
• Each account may place one order only
• Identity must be verified via Sonar

Patron Holders: Guaranteed Allocation

Holding liquid Patron NFTs grants guaranteed allocation.
The more Patrons you hold, the more guaranteed allocation you receive.

Allocations (additive):

• 1 Patron → $2,000 allocation
• 5 Patrons → $15,000 allocation
• 25 Patrons → $100,000 allocation
• 100 Patrons → $500,000 allocation

Because allocations stack, holding 32 liquid Patrons gives:
$100,000 + $15,000 + $2,000 + $2,000 = $119,000 guaranteed allocation.

Only liquid Patron NFTs count — vesting Patrons do not.
