Semler Scientific (Nasdaq: SMLR) was a U.S. healthcare-technology company that adopted Bitcoin as its primary treasury reserve asset in May 2024 under chairman Eric Semler, building a 100% BTC single-asset treasury via repeated open-market purchases. An early non-MicroStrategy corporate adopter, the treasury was folded into Strive, Inc. when the all-stock acquisition completed in January 2026.
