What is Imperial crypto?
Imperial is a decentralized perpetual futures trading platform on Solana. The protocol runs a fully on-chain request-for-quote (RFQ) system that pulls liquidity from across Solana DeFi, filling orders against external order books while positions, collateral and settlement remain on-chain. Third-party listings describe routing across perp venues including Jupiter Perps, Flash Trade, Phoenix and GMTrade. DropsTab classifies Imperial under Perpetual, DEX and Solana Ecosystem. No Imperial token exists yet - the asset is premarket, with a seed stage behind it and no token generation event.
Who founded Imperial?
Imperial was founded by Jordan Prince and Hunter Simmons. Jordan Prince built trading tools at Citadel, worked as an early employee at Solana Labs, and built Candy Machine - the original Metaplex implementation. Hunter Simmons co-founded Teleport, a Solana DePIN project that raised $15 million in 2021, and previously served as founding engineer at Zapmoto.
How does Imperial's RFQ trading system work?
Imperial fills perpetual futures orders through a request-for-quote (RFQ) mechanism. Each order routes against external order books with aggregated liquidity from Solana DeFi venues, and swap routing runs through Titan's Meta DEX Aggregator, per the project's documentation. Positions, collateral and settlement remain on Solana. The platform offers hedged portfolio-margin accounts, indicator-based, trailing and averaging order types, and itemized PnL breakdowns. Imperial charges a 1 basis point (0.01%) fee on open and on close, with no platform fee on top.
What perpetual futures markets and leverage does Imperial offer?
Imperial lists more than 200 markets spanning crypto, US equities and indices, commodities, FX, interest rates and pre-IPO companies, per official project documentation. Leverage reaches up to 250x on BTC and SOL. Leverage reaches up to 100x on ETH, gold, silver and FX majors.
Does Imperial have a token?
No Imperial token exists yet. No Solana token contract is live, and no maximum or total supply is recorded - the asset is listed as not yet trading, with zero spot, derivative and DEX markets. The fee model is documented, but any token layer - supply cap, emission schedule, allocations or utility - remains undisclosed. Some third-party aggregators carry an "Imperial price" or token-sale entry. These are pre-TGE sale listings, not live trading markets.
When is the Imperial token launch (TGE)?
No TGE date has been confirmed by Imperial. The Imperial Points program is the only distribution signal so far: third-party airdrop trackers tag it "Airdrop at TGE," meaning points may determine airdrop allocation after the token generation event. This link between points and allocation is not confirmed on official Imperial channels. When a TGE is announced, early participants should check insider unlock schedules before treating any sale entry as tradeable supply.
What is the Imperial Points program and airdrop?
Imperial Points is a rewards program for perp traders on the Imperial platform. Third-party airdrop trackers list the program as active, with a reported 20,000 points per week distributed pro-rata - a figure not confirmed on official Imperial channels. Earning mechanics have not been publicly detailed. Separately, Imperial runs an official USDC referral scheme: referrers earn 20% of fees paid by direct referrals, 10% from second-tier referrals and 5% from third-tier referrals, claimable within 24 hours.
Who invested in Imperial's seed round?
Per DropsTab fundraising data, Imperial raised $1.5 million in a Seed Round with Foundation Capital, announced October 6, 2026. Dealroom coverage reported a $15 million pre-money valuation and described the round as led by Foundation Capital with participation from unnamed Solana ecosystem angel investors. Stated use of funds covers expanding the perpetual contract aggregator, building a lending platform, and developing Armada - the project's flagship perp liquidity engine, claimed by Imperial to bring 7x deeper liquidity to Solana perps.
Where can the Imperial token be traded?
Imperial cannot be traded yet. No token generation event has occurred, and zero spot, derivative or DEX markets exist for the asset. Liquidity depth at launch is the key unknown - until listings materialize, any trading venue for this asset should be assumed thin. The project publishes updates through its official X account, @ImperialPerps.
