Join Lighter

1. Go to the Lighter website.
2. Connect your wallet.
3. Click the Create Account button.
4. Deposit available assets from your preferred chain.
5. After a successful deposit, authenticate your account to complete setup.

Trade and Earn Points

• Season 1 of the Lighter Points Program ended with the final Private Beta distribution on September 30, 2025.
• Season 2 distributions occur every Tuesday and may be adjusted by the Lighter team at their discretion.

How to Earn Points

• Run organic trading strategies through the UI or API.
• Sybil, self-trading, or similar activities do not earn points.
• Track your progress on the Leaderboard tab.

Invite Friends

Once you reach a certain (undisclosed) number of points, you’ll unlock the ability to invite others.

1. Go to the Portfolio tab.
2. Click the Invite button in the top right corner.
3. Copy your referral link.
4. Share it with your friends to invite them to Lighter.
