Mettalex is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that operates on the Fetch.ai blockchain using agent-based technology. It initially started as a decentralized commodities exchange on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Ethereum (ETH) under the Fetch.ai umbrella. However, it has since become an independent project with its own dedicated team. Mettalex is currently working towards launching on the Fetch.ai Mainnet, which will involve rebuilding the platform with new features such as agent-based trading.
