At the moment, you can apply for the zNode Sale as either a Creator or an Investor.

• Creator Form - This form allows you to set up a Creator code for use during the public zNode Sale. KOLs who highlight Rivalz prior to the sale will be tracked and may qualify for bonuses.
• Investor Form - This form is for VCs, DAOs, and Syndicates who wish to apply.

 

zNode Owner Benefits

zNode owners will have two options for managing their nodes: HOLD and BURN. Before the TGE (Token Generation Event), you can choose to either BURN your node for immediate rewards or HOLD it for long-term benefits. Below is a breakdown of each option:

 

Option 1: HOLD the zNode

Users who choose to HOLD their zNode and operate it long-term will be eligible for the following rewards:

• 2% of Total Supply for Airdrop at TGE
• 25% of Total Supply allocated to zNode Operators
• Redistribution of 25% of tokens from burnt zNodes to zNode holders
• Reward Capture via Worker rClient POS slashing
• Airdrops of AI applications built on the Rivalz platform
• Reward Share from Rivalz Eigen AVS

 

Note: zNodes will be non-transferable for the first six months post-TGE.

 

Option 2: BURN the zNode (Liquid Option)

By choosing to BURN your zNode before the TGE, you can receive 50% of your reserved tokens (16,891 $RIZ) immediately at TGE. This is known as the BurnDrop. The remaining 50% of $RIZ will be split as follows:

• 25% to the Ecosystem Pool
• 25% to increase reserved $RIZ for those who choose the HOLD option

 

Note: If you burn your zNode, you will not be eligible for the Airdrop reserved for zNodes and will be disqualified from any additional benefits associated with the HOLD option. Participation in the Testnet Airdrop, however, will remain unaffected.
