Airdrop Eligibility Criteria

Phase 1: Early Contributors

A. On-Chain Contributors

• Tokens Allocated: 1,576,000 SHM
• Min: 40 SHM; Max: 10,000 SHM
  Eligible Participants: Evaluated based on:
  • Network Interactions: Smart contract interactions, transaction volume, SHM transferred, and active months.
  • Difficulty Weighting: For more complex/higher-effort activities.
  • Early Adopter Multiplier: For those who joined earlier and remained active over time.
  • Consistency Multiplier: For ongoing participation in both Liberty and Sphinx phases.

B. Validators

• Tokens Allocated: 1,506,750 SHM
• Min: 90 SHM; Max: 10,000 SHM
  Eligible Participants: Evaluated based on:
  • Node Hours: Total hours spent running a node.
  • Participation Across Maximum Releases: Participation across different network versions.
  • Priority Weighting: For high-impact contributions and engagement.
  • Early Adopter Multiplier: For those who joined earlier and remained active over time.
  • High Availability Multiplier: For maintaining high node uptime through at least a minimal number of network versions.

C. Off-Chain Contributors

• Tokens Allocated: 254,825 SHM
• Min: 50 SHM; Max: 10,000 SHM
  Off-Chain Categories & Eligibility Criteria:
• Shardeum Leagues - Top 25 leagues rewarded. Active for >12 months, 500+ followers, shared Shardeum content on X.
• X Thread - Top 40 contributors rewarded. Thread with ≥5 tweets about Shardeum-related topics.
• Video Creation - Top 10 contributors rewarded.
• Discord Invites - Top 30 contributors rewarded. Referred ≥50 Discord members.
• Telegram Invites - Top 30 contributors rewarded. Referred ≥25 Telegram members.
• Shardeum is Borderless/Content - Top 50 contributors rewarded. ≥10 blog & video submissions.
• POC - Organized ≥2 events or events with zero incentives.
• Discord Super Contributor - Top 25 Shardeum Discord contributors.
• Twitter Influencer - Top 25 Shardeum Twitter influencers.
• Website & Logo - Contributors pivotal in early website design, development, and project management.
• Misc – BD tasks, content help, POC support etc - Top 19 contributors providing miscellaneous support for content, meetups, and business development.
• POAP - Online Event Participants: ≥4 POAP whitelists. Offline Event Participants: Random 1500 whitelisted POAPs.
• Hackathons - Participated in the Shardeum EthIndia hackathon.

Phase 2: Incentivized Testnet

A. On-Chain Contributors

• Tokens Allocated: 748,500 SHM
• Min: 40 SHM; Max: 10,000 SHM
  Eligible Participants: Top 75% on the leaderboard from each stage advance to the final scoring round. Criteria include:
  • XP Sources: On-chain tasks, off-chain tasks, and referral tasks.
  • Weighted Activities: Tasks evaluated according to their importance.
  • Consistency Multipliers: Active and consistent participation across multiple stages.
  • On-Chain Multipliers: For completing listed on-chain task categories.

B. Validators

• Tokens Allocated: 1,430,500 SHM
• Min: 90 SHM; Max: 10,000 SHM
  Eligible Participants: Top 75% on the leaderboard from each stage advance to the final scoring round. Criteria include:
  • XP Accumulation: Based on node hours and other listed validator tasks on the ITN quest page.
  • Active Participation Multiplier: Rewarding consistent involvement across stages.
  • Task Completion Multiplier: For completing listed validator tasks.

Register for Shardeum SHM Airdrop

1. Visit the registration page and click the Shardeum SHM Airdrop Registration button.
2. On this page, click the “Login” button.
3. Connect your wallet using one of the available EVM-compatible options (e.g., MetaMask). Ignore the email login option.
4. If an event appears on the page, you are eligible for the airdrop. If the page is blank, you are not eligible.
5. Eligible users can click on the event displayed to proceed. Disregard the ‘My Profile’ section on the left pane.
6. If you are in an eligible region, the next page will validate the geo-restriction condition successfully.
7. Click “Agree to Document Terms.”
8. Review the two documents, check the boxes to confirm, and click “Agree to Terms.”
9. Both conditions on the registration page will be successfully validated. This confirms your registration.
10. Click the “Claim” button to view your allocated SHM tokens.
11. The next screen displays the amount of SHM you have qualified for. Your tokens will be distributed according to your registration date.
    Note: No need to click the “Claim” button on the screen.

Registration Deadlines and Distribution Schedule:

• March 14, 2025, 10:00 AM UTC – March 21, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC: Users who register during this period will receive their SHM tokens during Shardeum’s TGE.
• March 22, 2025, 12:00 AM UTC – April 13, 2025, 11:59 PM UTC: Users who register during this period will receive their airdrop by June 13, 2025. The exact process for receiving the airdrop will be shared closer to June 2025.
