Balancer LBP

Balancer is a decentralized exchange, the aim of which to provide decentralized trading and liquidity pool, which is also knows as LBP or Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool. LBP allows participants to issue tokens through it. It generates liquidity from a smaller seed amount that otherwise would be required.
