OneLedger also boasts higher efficiency, with a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus mechanism that allows for 4,000 transactions per second, compared to Ethereum's Proof of Work (PoW) mechanism that only supports 4 transactions per second. This higher efficiency not only improves transaction speed but also reduces energy impact.
Additionally, OneLedger's OLVM (OneLedger Virtual Machine) allows for easy interpretation of smart contracts running with low data across their network. This results in significantly lower gas fees compared to Ethereum. For example, OneLedger has a gas fee of $0.00000043, while Ethereum has a gas fee of $4.0.
