Join YieldBasis

1. Go to the YieldBasis website.
2. Connect your EVM wallet.

Provide Liquidity

Note: YieldBasis follows a gradual rollout by incrementally increasing the deposit limits. Follow the project's socials so you don't miss out on the increase in limits.

1. Choose one of the markets from the list.
2. Select either the Trading Yield or Token Yield tab. YieldBasis offers two distinct yield streams (choosing Token Yield allows you to vote for gauges).
3. Enter the amount of BTC to deposit. The UI will display the estimated number of LP tokens you will receive.
4. If it’s your first time depositing to this pool:
   • Sign an approval transaction.
   • Then, sign the transaction to deposit the tokenized BTC into the pool.
5. Once confirmed, the LP tokens will be sent to your wallet.

Claim YB Token Rewards

If you selected Token Yield when depositing, your position will earn YB rewards instead of trading fees. Rewards can be claimed anytime and do not expire.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Markets page.
2. Select your pool and go to the Token Yield tab.
3. Click Claim Rewards to claim your accumulated YB tokens.
4. After confirming the transaction, the YB tokens will be sent to your wallet.

Lock YB

Locking YB for veYB gives you:

• Governance voting power (which decays over time).
• Access to gauge voting to direct emissions.

Steps:

1. Go to the Lock YB page and select the Lock YB tab.
2. Enter the amount of YB to lock.
3. Pick the lock end date, or click MAX to set a max lock.
4. Confirm. Your wallet will now hold a veYB NFT tied to your address.

Voting for Gauges

Voting for gauges allows you to allocate veYB voting power across liquidity pools to direct YB emissions. Gauges determine how YB rewards are distributed among pools.

Constraints:

• Update Frequency: You can update votes for a gauge at most once every 10 days.
• Weight Allocation: Set weights in basis points (bps). 100 bps = 1%. Combined weights across gauges must equal 100% (10,000 bps) or less.
• Time Decay: veYB power decreases as your lock end date approaches (unless set to max lock).

Steps:

1. Open the Gauges page.
2. Pick one or more gauges and set your gauge weights in basis points.
3. Click Update Votes and confirm the transaction.
